* Hello! I am Carlos, originally from Venezuela, but currently living in Chile.
* My classes will be in Spanish, but we can use a bit English, if necessary.
* I am a person who loves to smile, be kind and patient.
* I am a Mechanical Engineer and, more recently, a Python and Java programmer.
* NOTE: I use the FREE version of ZOOM, which means that if you choose that one as your means of communication, the session will sometimes be cut off by Zoom after 40 minutes of lesson, for 10 minutes.
So, that is why I suggest:
For 30-45-60 min lessons, please, choose --> Skype, GoogleMeet or ItalkiClassroom.
For 30 min lessons, please, choose --> ZoomMe as a Teacher
I am a certificated Spanish teacher and will be able to help you with your learning process as much as I can.
Basically, my lessons will focus on improving your listening and speaking skills. But we can also have grammar classes, if you want. That's why I invite you to give it a try to learn, improve or master your Spanish level.
So, if you are interested in learning Spanish, either from the very beginning or from an advanced level, well, I'm here to help you make it by having conversations about topics you like the most, using the news, images, internet, etc.My lessons & teaching style
Cuando se trata de clases de conversación, si quieres, tendrás la oportunidad de elegir un tema al azar que te guste discutir durante la clase, y mientras estás hablando, estaré tomando notas de los posibles errores que estés cometiendo y corregirlos en el momento apropiado. No te preocupes, puedes equivocarte las veces que quieras, es parte del aprendizaje.
During the conversation class, I will take notes of the mistakes you´ll probably make and I´ll correct them by the end of the class. About grammar lessons, I'll explain the grammar rules you need to know about as clear as possible, by using different types of exercises and then make sure you understand them clearly.My teaching material

Carlos is a great person to have a conversation with. He is very friendly and smiley and expressive with both his words and his expressions. He listens well and corrects my mistakes, explaining if necessary. As he speaks English well he can guess a word if I don’t know it in Spanish. Highly recommend him if you want to talk to a native speaker.
