Kirill had extremely detailed material and explanatory notes ready beforehand. He is also a very efficient teacher and, even though I was starting from zero, we covered a great deal of basic vocabulary in just an hour. Very engaging lesson and as per the commitment in his profile, he had me speaking some very basic sentences and introducing myself in the very first lesson.

Awesome lesson as usual. Kiril had several, different types of activities for exercises, e.g., translating Russian> English and English > Russian, describing pictures, and multiple choice exercises on interpretations of questions. Kirill never runs out of great exercises to perfect my grammar in our lessons. We focus on getting the fundamental verb forms 100% right through lots of practice.

I wrote a message to Kirill before meeting explaining I wanted to use our class to go over a list of TORFL B2 and C1 topics to check which of them I had still pending to study or review. Without going over this list, we started drilling TORFL B1 exercises and the class ended without going over this list. We used the class to talk about good listening resources for good Russian and even spoke a little bit about the influence of English and other languages on modern Russian. It is obvious Kirill is a very knowledgeable man like he explains it on his video. However, I failed to receive in this first lesson what I asked for and ended the class without really identifying my needs , nor motivated to have a next lesson with him.
