Ruchi Purohit

Today's class marked 400 classes with Ruchi ji. I am pleased beyond words that I persevered with my Hindi because as I write this I am traveling through North India using my hindi to gain the most valuable experience from my travels. I would not have achieved this milestone were it not for the Ruchi ji's teaching style, patience, and enthusiasm. She is an incredible teacher and has helped me enormously to not only understand Hindi but also understand the deep and broad culture that surrounds it. Ruchi ji's passion for Hindi and India is one of the driving forces behind every class she teaches me. Thank you, Ruchi ji for your efforts. you are a blessing in my life.

Ruchi is a really excellent Hindi teacher, who is able to explain difficult grammatical concepts in an easily digestible way. She's also very patient!

Ruchi -ji is SO patient and very organized. She knows her subject so well that she can pivot on a dime.

As I come to the end of this year of learning Hindi with Ruchi ji, I want to express my thanks to her for her professionalism and commitment to teaching me Hindi. I am already looking forward to learning with her in 2024.

Today marks 2 years since I started studying Hindi. It has been a rich learning experience for me. The person responsible for this richness is my Hindi Guru – Ruchi ji. She is the most patient off teachers whose contributions to my learning journey have been a great blessing in my life. As a teacher, she is always passionate, always devoted, always fun, and always inspiring. Not only do I learn Hindi, but I also learn to think about, and see the world through Hindi. This is a gift I did not expect to receive but one that inspires me to keep attending class, and to keep learning Hindi. On the matter of patience - Ruchi never seems to get frustrated by how slow I am in my learning or how forgetful I can sometimes be. She never stops encouraging me. Ruchi ji I admire your professionalism, kindness, love for Hindi and India, and your spirit a great deal. Many, many thanks Ruchi ji for all you have done for me.
