About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Diana and I'm a Russian native speaker. I've graduated from the University of Leipzig with a master degree in Interpreting. I'm currently working as a certified translator and interpreter. Additionally, I offer online German classes. I love traveling and meeting new people and hope to get to know new students from all around the world through italki!

Me as a Teacher

I have been teaching English before part-time during my university years and had experience with people of different ages and language levels. As I had so many tutors myself while learning English and German, I understand exactly how to help a student to struggle through first difficulties, as well as to help to improve and to advance on the higher levels.

My lessons & teaching style

My teaching style depends on the personal goals of a student. I try to adjust my lessons to the expectations of learners. It might be fun and relaxed lessons that will help improve your Russian/German talking skills or lessons meant to prepare you for an Interview or tests. I also can share my experience and tell more about: - International Language Exams (Goethe Zertifikat, IELTS) and help with test preparations; - About applying for DAAD/ Erasmus+ scholarships (as a two times scholarship holder): from the application process to the interviews; - About applying to a German University as a foreign student; - About being an employee or freelancer in Germany.
